Road blocks

Too many trips to the computer repair people is all I can say.  All is well that ends well, right.  I think that is the old saying.  Still, much frustration.  Moving on...
What a busy, busy February and March we have had in our little neck of the woods.  Orchestra competitions, academic team meets, school meetings, and church meetings. Pile it all on top of homeschooling, teaching confirmation, housework and other everyday life and I am all but drowning.  To be honest, one look at my house right now, and you would  clearly see that housework has not made the priority list. When it is all said and done, it is not the dust bunnies cleaned that count (thank goodness).
I have really enjoyed listening to my oldest play his cello.  I am amazed watching my middle son compete in the academic governors cup. I love teaching my youngest at home. My confirmation class has become a joy, much to my surprise. And I am proud to do my share in our parish and in the schools.
With that being said, the housework is important too, and I need to get on top of it, like yesterday.
Though I have never been formally diagnosed, I show all the signs of adult ADD.  Knowing that, I am fully aware that I need things spelled out in black and white verses getting things done on my own.  So, I have made my lists and checked them twice.  One thing at a time and getting my house back under some control is at the top of my list right now.  I have a  deadline of the end of the month, because spring break runs the first week of April.
Step by step till next time.
